Obituary: Algimantas Jonas Kazakaitis

KAZAKAITIS, Algimantas Jonas 69, died peacefully on Thursday, August 7. Known as Algis to his family and friends, he was born in Spiegelberg, Germany, on Nov. 3, 1944. He graduated from St. Bede's High School, Bradford, England in 1961. He had been a resident of South Boston since 1963. He was a long-time employee of Watson's Mailing Service in Boston. He was the son of the late Cecilija (Baranauskaite) Kazakaitis and Vincent Kazakaitis. He leaves three siblings Aldona (and her husband, Helmut) Walat of Marshfield, Alvydas (and his wife, Danute) Kazakaitis of Sharon; and Laima Kazakaitis of Brookline; seven nieces; two nephews; three great-nieces and one great-nephew.
