Owner of Cop-Car Maserati Accused of Impersonating Police Officer

A Braintree man who owns a $100,000 Italian luxury car painted it to look like a police cruiser and will now face a charge of impersonating a police officer, police said.

LURVEY-ALLISON, Florence C. (Miller) Of Braintree, age 78, entered into eternal life on August 9, 2014. Florence was born and raised in Arlington and had lived in Woburn for a long time until moving to Braintree in 1974. Florence worked at the State Street Bank in Boston for many years and after that at the former Resthaven Nursing Home in Braintree. She was a member of the First Congregational Church in Braintree where she served as a deaconess and was a member of the sodality. Obituary: Florence P. Stevens

STEVENS, Florence P. (Bojarski) Age 91, of Braintree, formerly of Quincy, Boston and Cambridge, died peacefully on August 3, 2014 at Royal Braintree Nursing Rehabilitation Center. Florence was born on May 11, 1923 in Cambridge. She was raised and educated in the Cambridge Polish and public schools and was a member of the Cambridge High School Class of 1941. After graduation, Florence attended business school in Boston and pursued a career as a legal secretary and worked at Nutter, McClennen and Fish Law Firm in Boston. She and her late husband, Thomas A. Stevens, Sr. moved from Boston to Quincy in 1956. She and her family lived in Quincy for fifty-five years. Florence also worked for the United States Post ...
