Obituary: Ruth E. Moran

Moran, Ruth E. 84, of Concord, MA, July 25 at Life Care of Acton. Born in Boston on March 5, 1930 to William J. and Edna (Massey) Moran. She moved as an infant to Concord, attended Concord Schools and graduated from Concord High School in 1948. Ruth attended Newton Wellesley Hospital School of Nursing and worked in the health field until her retirement in 1995. Ruth liked to travel and took many trips to California, Cape Cod, Maine, and the seashore. She loved fashion, design, clothing, her home and family. Survived by one son, Dallas R. Gibson, David T. Age 76, of Concord, MA, July 24, retired research scientist and professor, and beloved husband, father and grandfather. Survived by his dearly beloved wife Janet of 51 years, his daughters Karen Gibson of Wash., DC, and Christine Ruddy and her husband Kevin of Needham, MA and grandchildren Elizabeth, Nathan and Nicholas.
