Consalvo, Alice M. (Doyle) Of Melrose, formerly of Everett, July 20. Beloved wife of the late Anthony. Sister of the late Colonel Lewis W. Doyle. Alice was the aunt of Nancy and her husband Bob DeFosse of Winthrop, Paul and his wife Sandy Consalvo of NH, and Dotty and her husband Bob Capps of VA. Alice is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Wynn Agrees to Terms with Unions: Everett Project to Be Built with Union Trades

Wynn MA, LLC has announced that it has reached a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) with all major local trade unions, ensuring that the .6 billion proposed Wynn Resort in Everett will be built with union contractors. The comprehensive agreement covers all aspects of construction, work rules and hours and was unanimously endorsed by the Massachusetts Building Trades Council—which represents the IBEW, Teamsters, iron workers, brick layers, sheet metal workers, and other trades—and the New England Regional Council of Carpenters.
