Prendergast, Nancy E. (Logan) Age 48 of Windham, NH, died Thursday at her home after a courageous battle with breast cancer. She was born and raised in Framingham MA, and graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, MA, with a degree in mechanical engineering. Black, Margaret M. "Peggy" Of Framingham, died on July 24th at the Massachusetts General Hospital after a two-month illness. She was the daughter of the late William H. Black of Brighton, MA and the late Kathryn (Schacte) Black of Superior, WI. Born in 1948 in Newton, MA Peggy attended Newton public schools, and then graduated from Holy Cross Academy in 1967, where she was the junior and senior Class President. She attended Boston State College (U Mass) and graduated in 1971 with a B.S. in elementary education. JONES, Samuel "Sam" 97, of Fort Myers, Florida, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 29, 2014. Born on March 31, 1917 at home on Chestnut Street in Saxonville, Mass. He was the beloved husband of the late Irene Jones. The first of seven sons and one daughter of Frank & Rebecca Jones of Ashland, Mass.Sam served in the United States Navy as a P.T. Scott who died in April 2007. Born in Newport, RI, she was the daughter of the late Estrotios and Fernande (Guillot) Philipon. Shambroom, Gloria "Perry" A mother and special education teacher, died on Saturday, July 12, two weeks after celebrating her 90th birthday. She is survived by her six sons, David, Donald, Glenn, Paul, Eric and John. Perry always said that raising six boys was her proudest accomplishment. A daughter of George and Clara "Kitty" Perryman, Perry was born in Teaneck, New Jersey, in 1924. Her father was an inventor and manufacturer in the early days of vacuum tubes and throughout his life. She graduated from the University of Rochester before starting her family. Later in life she earned a masters degree in special education, and taught for many years in the Teaneck school system.
