She graduated from Newton High School and worked in the Garden City until she retired. Phyllis was a gifted administrative secretary and those who employed her were blessed to have her. Phyllis enjoyed summers at the family's cottage in Dudley. She loved spending time with her family, playing cards, going on cruises, and playing Bingo.
