Power, James E., Jr. Age 70, recently a resident of New Hampshire and Sint Eustatius (Caribbean Netherlands), passed away on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at a long-term care facility after spending about a year there during the final phases of degenerative illness. He was born in Boston while his father was at sea during World War II. During his childhood, the family moved from an urban apartment complex in Roxbury, MA to a suburban house in Norwell, MA. COGLIANO, Francis D. Frank M.D. Died on June 26, 2014 after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Everett, Massachusetts and raised in Providence, Rhode Island, Frank was a graduate of Classical High School in Providence, Tufts University, and Yale Medical School. He trained as a general surgeon at Harvard Surgical Service-Boston City Hospital. Frank served in the United States Navy from 1967 to 1969 as a surgeon aboard the U.S.S.
