MESSINA, Harry F. Of Quincy, died July 20, 2014 peacefully at home with his family. Born in South Boston, Harry was a graduate of South Boston High School. He went on to play semi-pro football for the Chippewas. He worked as a General Foreman for the City of Boston. He was one of the original founders, a coach and served as President of the Quincy Youth Hockey Association for 8 years. He also coached hockey for BC High School and football in South Boston.
