CLEGG, John G., Sr. Of Dublin, OH, died on July 22 at the age of 82. Survived by his daughter, Karen, and her husband, Richard Spector of Dublin, OH. Predeceased by his wife of 57 years, Catherine T. (McPhail) Clegg, his sons, Robert, Jack, and Richard Clegg, and siblings, Mary Jane Powers, Ellenor Kim and Thomas Clegg, Sr. Cherished grandfather of six and great-grandfather of three, with many loving nieces and nephews. Brother of Stephen Clegg of Dorchester. John was a longtime resident of Westwood, a beloved teacher, musician, and friend, who through music and laughter brought joy to the lives of many. IRWIN, Henry Merritt Of Westwood, MA, formerly of Philadelphia, PA, died peacefully on July 10th. He was born in Philadelphia on July 16, 1925 to Keturah and Robert F. Irwin Jr. He was the youngest of their six children. He graduated from Germantown Academy in 1943 and from Princeton University in 1949 as a member of the class of 1947, where he was president of the Ivy Club and business manager of the Triangle Club. As an active Princeton alumnus, he served on his class executive committee, alumni council committee, and was president of the Princeton Club of Philadelphia for four years. CROKE, Marion E. (Gagnon) Passed away July 1, 2014. A resident of Westwood, MA for 42 years, she was the widow of Lawrence J. Croke, also of Westwood, MA. Marion was the only child of Joseph and Marie Gagnon of Bangor, Maine. She is survived by her cousin Beverly LeBert of Watertown, MA and Beverly's son William Mailloux of Arlington, MA. Marion was a graduate of Dean College in Franklin, MA. Johnson, Judith Anne (Shaw) 71, of Clermont, FL, previously of Palm City, FL, Medfield, MA and Westwood, MA passed away quickly and comfortably at Orlando Regional Medical Center on June 30, 2014. She is the daughter of Theresa A. (nee Rocheford) and Frederic P. Shaw. She is survived by her mother, her sister Laureen Kowalski, her brother Frederic P. Shaw, Jr. and her three sons Troy, Jeffrey and Leigh as well as her three grandchildren Noah, Katherine and Olivia. She was a proud graduate of the Faulkner Hospital School of Nursing. Obituary: Audrey Johnson Dole

DOLE, Audrey Johnson "Johnnie" Died on June 28th after a short illness from pancreatic cancer at the age of 87. She was born in Jamestown, New York and graduated from the University of Michigan in 1949. In 1955 Johnnie married William P. Dole of Melrose. They settled in Wellesley and she became active and a board member of the Wellesley Service League, the Wellesley Tennis Association and the Wellesley Garden Study Group. She was also a member of Brae Burn Country for over 40 years and was its first woman Director. Truck storrowed at Westwood train bridge; Franklin Line service a mess

Nice day for fare increases and a new operator, but you can't blame this on the T: Around 6:15 a.m., the driver of a box truck managed to wedge his truck firmly into the train bridge at East Street and Carroll Avenue, just before the Islington stop. All sorts of delays on the inbound Franklin Line, of course. There are also delays on the Providence/Stoughton Line.
